If a piece of equipment manufactured and installed by us* has failed, don’t worry, we’ve got your back!
Use the form below to start our simple warranty claim process. The failed equipment will need to be checked by our Warranty & Inspection Department before a resolution is agreed. If you have removed the piece of equipment, we can arrange a courier to collect it from you or we can arrange for a free** engineer visit to remove the equipment.
*If the product was purchased from an alternative supplier, you will need to contact them directly to raise a warranty claim.
**If we attend to remove/test a product and it’s found not to be covered under warranty, a charge of £230 (ex. VAT) will be due from the customer along with any parts replaced on-site.
