We want to keep you and your family as safe as possible, all while protecting your basement and our engineers. Below you will find our COVID-19 safeguarding measures. Please read them and act accordingly.

✔ If you have any symptoms of Coronavirus, please inform our Service Department before our engineer visits your property. We can reschedule.

✔ We will carry out a risk assessment at every visit to make sure we are keeping you safe.

✔ We will always stay a minimum of 2 metres from you. Please respect that and do the same.

✔ We will put on a fresh pair of disposable gloves before entering your property.

✔ We will wear face masks and shoe coverings before entering your property.

✔ Please leave any internal doors open to avoid our engineers having to have contact with them.

✔ Please try to minimise the number of people in the area where our engineer will be working.

✔ If possible, please try to air out the location where our engineer will be working.

✔ We are operating a ‘no-touch’ policy for signing off job sheets. Our engineer will explain this to you upon their visit.
