PPS offer breakdown call outs during working hours and pump emergencies out of hours. Depending on if you have a service plan (and what level), call outs may be included totally free of charge. Even the best maintained equipment can encounter an unexpected failure. It doesn’t matter if you’re on a service plan or not, we provide a 24/7/365 call out service to all our customers.
PPS are on hand 24/7/365, offering pump emergency call outs. Should the inevitable happen, PPS are your best 1st line of support. A flood can be very stressful with potentially costly expenses and litigating. We’ll aim to arrive at your property within 4 hours of your call, fully equipped to evacuate the flooded water, locate the source of the problem and resolve the related issue as swiftly as possible.
We’ll also offer our expertise in a post-flood situation to ‘get back in quicker’. With a dedicated fleet of engineers working around the clock and a 24-hour tanker/jetting service, we can respond quickly.
In some cases, you may need remedial work to your cavity membrane drainage system. You would need to arrange a site survey with an appointed CSSW qualified structural waterproofing specialist to investigate the flood and provide their findings and recommended remedial works.
