PPS offer breakdown call outs during working hours and pump emergencies out of hours. Depending on if you have a service plan (and what level), call outs may be included totally free of charge. Even the best maintained equipment can encounter an unexpected failure. It doesn’t matter if you’re on a service plan or not, we provide a 24/7/365 call out service to all our customers.
- Areas covered Our head office is in Bishop’s Stortford but our engineers work from support hubs throughout England. The blue areas show the locations we cover. For services in Scotland and Ireland, please contact us for local approved agents.
With a dedicated fleet of engineers working around the clock and a 24-hour tanker/jetting service, we can respond to call outs quickly. We always have fully stocked vans with all spares required to complete most work during a single visit and even if we don’t, we have storage facilities dotted throughout the UK to provide quick and easy access to vital equipment and spare parts.
Our call outs are fixed prices, so you know exactly what you are paying in advance. Our PumpSmart+ plan includes breakdowns and call outs totally free of charge (as standard), even on Christmas Day!
